Refreshing stay!

Stayed for three nights with my husband. Beds were being cozy and the room was constantly pretty clean. Staff members have been pretty helpful and friendly and every day made us feel like home. Rooms are large as well as the closet. Bathroom have been clean and the shower was good. Not a really social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.

This hotel was definitely centrally located and the staff in the reception were available at any time. The beds have been comfortable and the other guests have been usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air-con was off and on, but wasn´t a problem. Very pleasant hotel and terrific location. Undoubtedly advise Hotel Albatros!

Good hotel, almost everything is close. Staff are super friendly and helpful and talk great English. There are actually activities every single night time and it´s a good way to socializing with persons. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed daily. Only problem was my bed for being a little bit noisy but that’s extremely insignificant. Good value for the money!

Assuming that you are visiting Zermatt you have to reserve this hotel. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are pretty nice. Also a very good vibes.

Fantastic hotel, anything is nearby. Staff are tremendous friendly and useful and speak wonderful English. There are activities just about every evening and it´s a very good way to socializing with persons. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed daily. Only problem was beds are a little noisy but that’s really slight. Excellent quality for the money!
