The Douglas Hotel

This hotel was really centrally situated and the staff from the reception were there at all the hours. The beds have been comfy and the other guests were generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was on and off, but they fix it. Pretty pleasant hotel and wonderful area. Surely will endorse The Douglas Hotel!

Me and my husband stayed at the hotel for 5 days for holidays to exploring the city. The Douglas Hotel is situated in an incredibly central position, it truly is clean as well as the beds are quite comfortable! There is only one factor I would counsel heading forward and that’s to provide more hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. Very wonderful and clean spot. The placement is excellent, precisely what we needed. Beds were incredibly cozy. There wasn’t much of the social ambiance however it´s fantastic for a full night rest. I loved my days here enormously and will most likely reserve yet again for my future stop by to Isle of Arran.

Excellent location, every thing is within walking distance. Personnel are tremendous pleasant and well prepared and speak good English. You can find activities just about every night time and it´s a great way to socializing with persons. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed every day. Only problem was my bed for being a little squeaky but that’s quite slight. Wonderful quality for the money!
