Great staff, very pleasant and useful in particular throughout the day shifts. For the value its an excellent deal. The receptionist is magnificent, knows great places to go to for tourists.

This hotel was truly centrally situated and the personnel on the reception were available at any hours. The beds had been comfy and the other guests were being generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was on and off, but wasn´t a problem. Extremely wonderful hotel and terrific area. I Absolutely recommend Hotell Borgholm!

Good location, everything is nearby. Personnel are super friendly and helpful and talk excellent English. There are activities every night and it´s a good way to socializing with persons. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed every day. Only thing was my bed for being a tiny bit squeaky but that’s extremely insignificant. Fantastic quality for the money!
