The hotel was excellent, almost everything very clean, every one of the personnel incredibly attentive and helpful. Within the breakfast area every thing was very good, top quality and really handle with care.

The beds had been cozy and the people in the hotel had been usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, leave it like that in the end. I have stayed for five days with my husband. Beds were being cozy and the room was usually clean. The staff were very handy and welcoming and every day made us feel like home. Rooms are big plus the closet. The bathroom was pretty clean and the shower was great. Not a super social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.

Extremely great and clean place. The area where is located is great, exactly what we required. Beds were being pretty comfortable. There wasn’t much about the social ambiance nevertheless it is fantastic for an entire night rest. I appreciated my days here enormously and will probably come once again for my next visit here.

If you are visiting Serfaus you have to reserve a room here. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are pretty clean. And a spectacular atmosphere.
