Novotel Birmingham Centre

Excellent location, everything is close by. Staff are super welcoming and well prepared and talk wonderful English. You will find activities each night time and it´s an excellent way to meet people. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed daily. Only problem was beds are a little bit squeaky but that’s extremely minor. Great value for the money!

I have stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Beds ended up big enough and the space was constantly clean. Staff members have been pretty helpful and welcoming and always took care to make us feel good. Rooms are large plus the closet. The bathroom have been pretty clean plus the shower was super cool. Not a super social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.
