Superb my stay at Biser Hotel customer service helped me obtain a new key After i asked for assist. The breakfast and foods generally speaking was excellent. Each of the staff I contacted were being incredibly pleasant.

Wonderful place, almost everything is very near. Team are super pleasant and useful and speak wonderful English. There are actually activities just about every night time and it´s a fantastic way to socializing with persons. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was my bed for being a bit squeaky but that’s extremely slight. Wonderful quality for the money!

This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the personnel from the reception were available at every time. The beds have been comfy and the people in the hotel were generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was off and on, couldn´t fix it at the end. Very pleasant hotel and wonderful area. I Definitely endorse Biser Hotel!

This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff from the reception were available at all the hours. The beds ended up comfy and the other guests were being normally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was on and off, maybe my mistake using it. Quite nice hotel and wonderful location. I Absolutely suggest this hotel!

Really great and perfectly clean hotel. The area where is located is great, exactly what we were looking for. Beds were being very cozy. There wasn’t much about the social ambiance but surely is very good for an entire night relaxation. I loved my stay here enormously and will probably reserve once more for my up coming visit to Derventa.

If you are visiting Derventa you have to reserve at Biser Hotel. The hotel is renovated and the guest rooms are pretty clean. The overall atmosphere was alright.

I have booked the room for 6 nights with my wife. Beds were being comfy and the space was usually pretty clean. The staff were quite handy and friendly and always took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are big along with the closet. Bathroom have been clean plus the shower was good. Not a really social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.
