This hotel was truly centrally situated and the staff on the reception were there at any hours. The beds were comfy and the other guests were being usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. Pretty great hotel and wonderful location. I Definitely suggest Riffelhaus 1853!

If you are visiting Zermatt you should reserve a room here. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the guest rooms are very nice. In general everything was professional and friendly.

Me and my spouse stayed here for 7 days to discovering the city. Riffelhaus 1853 is situated in an exceedingly central posture, it’s clean as well as the beds are quite cozy! There is just one thing I’d suggest going forward and that’s to offer additional hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. Overall, We were more than happy with this stay and would definitely suggest it to any one wanting to head over to Zermatt.
