This hotel was truly centrally situated and the personnel from the reception were available at any time. The beds have been cozy and the other guests have been usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was off and on, but they fix it. Quite nice hotel and terrific location. I Certainly advise Gran Hotel Ciudad Del Sur!
