This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the personnel at the reception were available at all the hrs. The beds have been cozy and the other guests were being typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was on and off, but they fix it. Really wonderful hotel and terrific location. Surely will suggest this place!

Stayed for three days with my spouse. Beds were being comfortable and the room was usually pretty clean. Staff members have been incredibly useful and friendly and every day took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are big as well as the closet. Bathroom have been pretty clean plus the shower was fantastic. Not an exceptionally social hotel at least all along our stay.

If you are travelling to Exeter you should book this hotel. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the rooms are very clean. In general great quality and unique ambience.
