This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the staff members from the reception were available at all the hrs. The beds ended up cozy and the people in the hotel had been generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was on and off, but wasn´t a problem. Pretty pleasant hotel and excellent area. I Absolutely recommend YHA Whitby!

Excellent place, almost everything is very near. Team are super pleasant and handy and speak good English. There are actually activities just about every night and it´s a fantastic way to socializing with people today. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed every single day. Only thing was beds are a little noisy but that’s quite small. Great value for the money!

I have booked the room for four nights with my spouse. Beds were being comfy and the room was constantly pretty clean. The personnel were very useful and welcoming and every day took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are big along with the closet. The bathroom have been clean plus the shower was wonderful. Not a really social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.

I have booked the room for 3 nights with my fiance. Beds were comfortable and the room was normally clean. Staff members were really useful and pleasant and always took care to make us feel good. Rooms are big as well as the closet. Bathroom was also very clean and also the shower was wonderful. Not a very social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.

Assuming that you are travelling to Whitby you should reserve this hotel. The hotel is renovated and the guest rooms are very clean. In general everything was professional and friendly.
