The support was good, almost everything extremely new, many of the team incredibly attentive and friendly. During the breakfast room anything was very good, excellent and pretty handle with care.

Fantastic hotel, every little thing is close by. Staff are super welcoming and handy and speak fantastic English. You can find activities each and every night and it´s an excellent way to socializing with people. Rooms and services are good and towels changed daily. Only thing was my bed for being somewhat squeaky but that’s incredibly small. Great quality for the price!

Me and my kids stayed at the hotel for five days to discovering the city. Eurostars Roma Aeterna is located in an exceptionally central placement, it’s thoroughly clean and also the beds are quite cozy! There is just one detail I might advise going ahead and that’s to offer additional hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. In general, We were more than happy with this choice and would definitely endorse it to any one seeking to go to Rome.
