If you are travelling to Serfaus you have to book a room here. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the guest rooms are pretty nice. In general everything was professional and friendly.

Great location, every little thing is few steps. Personnel are super pleasant and useful and speak great English. You will discover activities every night and it´s a good way to socializing with people. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed daily. Only thing was beds are somewhat noisy but that’s extremely insignificant. Fantastic quality for the money!

I have stayed for seven nights with my husband. Beds ended up big enough and the room was usually clean up. The staff have been incredibly useful and friendly and every day made us feel welcome. Rooms are big and the closet. The bathroom have been pretty clean and also the shower was wonderful. Not an extremely social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.

I have booked the room for four days with my spouse. Beds ended up comfy and the room was normally pretty clean. The staff have been pretty helpful and welcoming and constantly made us feel good. Rooms are big along with the closet. Bathroom was pretty clean and also the shower was wonderful. Not an extremely social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.
