This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the staff in the reception were available at any time. The beds ended up comfy and the other guests were typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air con was off and on, leave it like that in the end. Quite nice hotel and fantastic area. Undoubtedly advise Ermitage Hotel!
