Excellent personnel, very helpful and useful especially throughout the day shifts. For the cost its a wonderful deal. The receptionist is amazing, knows excellent spots to visit for tourists.

Quite awesome and clean place. The location is great, exactly what we preferred. Beds were really nice. There wasn’t a lot about the social ambiance but it´s superior for a full night rest. I loved my stay here enormously and will most likely book once more for my up coming stop by here.

Pretty pleasant and clean spot. The area where is located is great, just what we wanted. Beds were extremely nice. There wasn’t a great deal about the social atmosphere nevertheless it is excellent for a full night relaxation. Me and my partner stayed at the hotel for 4 nights to discovering the place. Hotel Zlatý Orel is located in an exceptionally central position, it is thoroughly clean along with the beds are quite comfy! There is just one point I’d personally suggest going forward and that’s to supply extra hotel amenities, shower gel especially. Overall, I had been more than happy with this stay and would certainly recommend it to everyone seeking to go to Ostravice.

I have stayed for three days with my spouse. Beds were being big enough and the space was always pretty clean. The staff were extremely handy and friendly and every day took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. The bathroom have been clean and the shower was super cool. Not a very social hotel at least all along our stay.
