Great my stay at Bank Guest House customer care helped me get a new room Once i requested for help. The breakfast and food items in general was great. All of the staff members I contacted ended up really nice.

I have booked the room for 6 nights with my fiance. Beds were being big enough and the space was normally clean. The staff were being really handy and friendly and always took care to make us feel good. Rooms are big along with the closet. The bathroom was also very pretty clean and the shower was wonderful. Not an incredibly social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.

This hotel was truly centrally located and the personnel on the reception were available at every time. The beds have been comfy and the other guests were being generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was off and on, couldn´t fix it at the end.
