Great Hotel customer service assisted me get a new room After i requested for assist. The breakfast and foods in general was best. Many of the employees I contacted were very pleasant.

This hotel was really centrally situated and the personnel on the reception were available at all the hrs. The beds ended up comfortable and the people in the hotel were typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air conditioning was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. Quite great hotel and fantastic location. I Certainly suggest this place!

Assuming that you are travelling to Kidderminster you have to book this hotel. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the guest rooms are very nice. And a spectacular atmosphere.
