This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the personnel on the reception were there at all the hours. The beds have been comfortable and the people in the hotel had been usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was on and off, leave it like that in the end. Quite good hotel and fantastic location. Surely will recommend Arcade Apartments & Spa!

Great team, really welcoming and useful especially throughout the day shifts. For the price its a fantastic deal. The receptionist is awesome, is familiar with good locations to visit for holidaymakers.

Wonderful location, every little thing is close. Team are super pleasant and useful and speak fantastic English. There are actually activities every single night and it´s a good way to meet persons. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed everyday. Only problem was my bed for being a bit noisy but that’s quite small. Wonderful value for the price!
