Great staff members, very pleasant and useful in particular during the day shifts. For the value its a fantastic deal. The receptionist is amazing, knows excellent spots to go to for tourists.

Great hotel, almost everything is close by. Personnel are super welcoming and well prepared and talk good English. You’ll find activities each night time and it´s a fantastic way to socializing with people. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed every day. Only thing was beds are a bit squeaky but that’s quite minor. Fantastic value for the price!

Me and my companion stayed here for 5 days for holidays to checking out the city. Mercure Haydock Hotel is found in a very central position, it’s clean and also the beds are extremely comfortable! There is only one issue I’d personally counsel heading ahead and that’s to offer additional hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. In general, I had been very pleased with this place and would definitely suggest it to everyone wanting to head over to Haydock.
