This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff on the reception were available at all the time. The beds had been cozy and the other guests have been typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was on and off, leave it like that in the end. Great location, almost everything is close. Employees are super friendly and useful and talk great English. There are activities each evening and it´s a fantastic way to meet people. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed every single day. Only problem was beds are a tiny bit squeaky but that’s extremely minor. Excellent quality for the price!

Assuming that you are travelling to Iceland you should book at Captain Reykjavik Guesthouse. The hotel is renovated and the guest rooms are very nice. The atmosphere was nice and cozy.
