Grundarfjörður Bed and Breakfast

A wonderful experience at the Grundarfjörður Bed and Breakfast. The area was wonderful as well as the staff members who were very attentive.

I have booked the room for 2 days with my spouse. Beds were big enough and the room was constantly pretty clean. The staff have been very helpful and pleasant and constantly took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are big and the closet. Bathroom have been clean and the shower was excellent. Not a super social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.

Stayed for 4 days with my wife. Beds ended up big enough and the room was constantly pretty clean. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming and every day took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are big plus the closet. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was wonderful. Not a super social hotel at least all along our stay.

Excellent place, anything is within walking distance. Staff are super welcoming and well prepared and talk excellent English. There are activities each night time and it´s a fantastic way to socializing with persons. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed every single day. Only thing was beds are somewhat squeaky but that’s extremely minor. Fantastic quality for the money!

Me and my husband stayed at the hotel for 7 nights to discovering the place. Grundarfjörður Bed and Breakfast is located in an exceptionally central situation, it is thoroughly clean and the beds are certainly comfortable! There is only one detail I would counsel going forward and that is to supply additional hotel amenities, shower gel specifically. In general, I was more than happy with this choice and would certainly recommend it to everyone aiming to head over to Iceland.
